Christophe Monnier, a graduate of the Institut Politique de Strasbourg (2002) and the College of Europe (2003), has been Director of the V.I.E. program since 2020.
Christophe Monnier began his professional career in Brussels in the European Commission and the French Representation to the European Union (2003-2004). He joined the French Embassy in Moscow as a V.I.A (Volontaire International en Administration, 2004-2006) and then as a Commercial Attache (2004-2010). Then he joined Business France's head office in Paris, working as Head of the Food Products Department (2010-2015) and as Director of the Agrotech Division (2015-2020).
