A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure Lyon, Laurence de Touchet has spent a significant amount of time in Central and Eastern Europe, including seven years in Russia and seven years in Poland, at the service of French businesses.
Laurence has dedicated the majority of her career to the international development of businesses and the French economy, initially within the Directorate of External Economic Relations of the Ministry of Economy. She joined the Agency in 2009, first as Director of Fashion-Home-Health department, then headed the office of the Director General in 2014-2015, and later served as HR Director of Business France Group, a member of the Executive Committee, from 2017 to 2019.
She is currently the Director of Export Programs, since September 1, 2023.
