What does your business do?

Liberty Rider is a mobile application, designed for users of motorized two-wheelers, which is capable of automatically detecting an accident, thanks to our algorithms using phone sensors, and of automatically sending for help in less than five minutes after the accident.

The application is made up of several features, divided into two parts.

Safety features, which are part of the premium service, and navigation and passion-oriented features, which are free. Users can subscribe directly in the application or take advantage of the premium offered by their insurance if it’s a Liberty Rider partner.

 

What triggered your international approach?

The element that triggered our international expansion efforts is above all the stability of our business in France. Liberty Rider is a digital product, by nature we have few borders and have always wanted to make our application available to as many motorcyclists as possible, in addition the safety challenges for motorized two-wheeler drivers are also international!

 

What were the targeted destinations and why?

Today, our targeted destinations are Italy and Germany, these choices are based on a market approach. Italy is the leading European market for motorized two-wheelers, with eight million vehicles in circulation and Germany six million, larger markets therefore in comparison to France, which has approximately 3.7 million vehicles in circulation.
