Frédéric Rossi began his career as a long-term French civil volunteer at the French Embassy in Israel, where he analyzed the economic interactions between the Hebrew state and its neighbors. He later joined the French Ministry of Finance, serving in various roles within the Economic and Trade sections of French Embassies in Manila, Sydney, and Mumbai.
From 2009 to 2012, he played a key role in the reform of UBIFRANCE, the French Agency for International Business Development, as a member of the Executive Committee. He was responsible for building the agency's international network (80 offices in 60 countries) and implementing goal-oriented management.
Between September 2012 and August 2016, he led the Southeast Asia and Pacific network of Business France, based in Singapore, overseeing 9 offices covering 12 countries. In September 2016, he joined the headquarters of Business France in Paris, where he headed the agency's Export division.
Since September 2021, Frédéric has been leading the North America office of Business France. He holds master’s degrees in Economics and Political Science, as well as a degree in Art History.
